SHIPPING POLICY

Shipments are carried out via specialized carriers within 30 days of the order being placed. Estimated delivery times are indicated at checkout.

Rates for Italy:

• Standard shipping — €4.50 (free for orders over €100.00) — 3-5 business days
• Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia — €5.50 (free for orders over €100.00) — 3-5 business days
  

EU Shipping:

• International Standard — €14.99 (free for orders over €100.00) — 3-5 business days

International Shipping (non-EU):

• Standard — €19.99 (free for orders starting from €150.00) — 7-15 business days
• Any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Consumer upon physical delivery of the product. All goods are insured during transport at no additional cost.

European Right of Withdrawal, Return Policy, and Depreciation

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Consumer or a third party acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer may use the designated digital withdrawal button in the private area of the Website (in accordance with regulations on the digitalization of withdrawals), or send an explicit statement via email or PEC.

Integrity Conditions and Single-Use Seal Mechanism: Each Raele-branded product is shipped equipped with a specific single-use security seal and an inseparable security thread, which constitute an integral part of the item. The Consumer is entitled to wear the jewelry solely for the purpose of verifying its size and aesthetic appearance (mere try-on). The removal, cutting, breaking, or tampering with the single-use seal constitutes handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the Product (ex Art. 14, para. 2, Directive 2011/83/EU). Breaking the seal makes it impossible to resell the Product as a new item, resulting in a depreciation of the asset equal to 100% of its value, with the consequent exclusion of any refund.

Exclusion for Customized Products: Pursuant to Article 16, letter c), of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal is entirely excluded for products made to measure or clearly personalized at the Consumer's request (e.g., jewelry with custom laser engravings, chain size variants made upon specific order).

Return shipping costs: The shipping costs for the return of the Product in the event of withdrawal shall be borne by the consumer.
